Location: Greeley, CO      Job Type: Full-Time      Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a loving and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and eager to inspire young minds through engaging classroom activities. If you have a calling to make a difference in children’s lives and thrive in a collaborative classroom setting, we would love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Full-time hours from August to May. Work hours will be from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday, with Tuesday-Thursday hours from 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM (totaling 33 hours per week alternating with another 30-hour week).

Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum of two years experience in a preschool environment (required)

  • Prior experience as a lead teacher (required)

  • ​Level 3 within Colorado Shines (or close to a Level 3)

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (required)

    • On-site training will be provided​

Substitute Teacher

Kids in Preschool

Location: Greeley, CO                                        Job Type: Part-Time/On-Call Substitute Teacher               

Job Overview:

Wee Love Preschool is always seeking dedicated and lead-qualified substitute teachers to support our team! As a substitute teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, stepping in when our regular teachers are unavailable. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive atmosphere for children's learning and growth.

  • Implement lesson plans and activities as directed by the regular teacher.

  • Supervise and engage children during playtime, snack, and educational activities.

  • Encourage children's curiosity and emotional development through positive interactions.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents or guardians, and team members.

  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Experience and Certifications:

  • Must be lead qualified in early childhood education. (required)

  • A passion for early childhood education and working with young children.

  • Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with children and families.

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in various classroom settings.

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (required)

    • On-site training will be provided​
